Returns & Exchanges

At DNT Optics Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authentication tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the eyewear you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the glasses in their original hard case and designer box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the optical frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
